  Flipper moved here from CT, mostly because he needed to grow up. But his story is much different.

  He says, that after the destruction of his home planet, Flipper Rocketed to BID. He was then bitten by a radioactive dolphin and gained the ability of the mammal.

  He  now uses his powers fore good at BID as a snorkeler guide and is currently training as a padwon as he is on his way to become a Jedi Dive Master.
