After vacationing every year in Kona for 20 years, he started to feel like he was coming home. In July of 2002 he moved home.
Instructor Ralph had been diving since 1978. In January of 2002 he became an Instructor in California, before moving to Hawaii. One quality he is most known for is his patience.
