NOTE: If you answered "YES" to any questions on your Medical form, you will need to get your Doctors signature on a medical release before you start the class.
Incompleteness of required study material or E-learning, unsigned medical waivers, or causing delays in our scheduled classes; might required additional instructor time/pool or ocean dives, all which will result in additional fees.
