We don't know when she arrived, we just noticed Heather working in the shop one day answering the phones.
We do know Heather prefers to be working on the boat as a DiveMaster. But with her tongue constantly sticking out of her mouth, its hard for her to breath underwater. So management keep her safe in the shop. :)
