Hello Big Island Divers Staff!

My boyfriend Greg and I had a blast on the Manta Ray Night Dive. Our guides were Flipper and oh shoot I can't remember the Captin's name but anyhow they were great. Very fun, friendly and informative. We got to see 9 mantas and spend plenty of time in the water. They also provided snacks and hot chocolate. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone who asks. Thanks for the awesome experience!

I was hoping the manta rays would show up the night we went out with Big Island.  After all, they are not under contract.  I have to say that I was totally thrilled with what we saw.  To see a fifteen-foot manta ray doing loops in front of us was beyond belief.  This sweetie would come up toward us with her mouth open, taking in the creatures that were in our lights.  She  would loop over at the last minute.  My entire field  of vision was the belly of a manta ray.   She was inches from my chest. Then she would dive and  come up again.  Was I nervous?  No!  I was in love!  Last night I saw a manta on TV--it took me back to one of the most fun hour (I am not really sure just how long we were in the water) in my life--seriously.  Michael and Rachael were great,  I've got to stop reliving this experience and send this off.

My husband and I had a wonderful and memorable experience with big island Divers. We experienced snorkeling with the manta rays at night. It was so awesome and surreal and unlike anything we have done before. We were literally surrounded by manta rays the entire time.  And as a bonus the crew was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a night we will never forget! We are planning on coming back to the big island soon.

Our snorkel experience-the reef, watching the spinning dolphins, the night time manta snorkel- was exceptional and went way beyond our expectations. We have done numerous snorkel trips-Key West, Mexico, Turks and Caicos, St. John's, Cayman Islands, Maui and Kauai- and your was by all means extra fantabulous!  The crew was welcoming and knowledgable. The boat was comfortable. And experiencing the swooping, ballet dance moves of the mantas was one of my all time favorite experiences.

Thank you all SO much for a fantastic experience!  We are lucky folks to have adventured with your crew!

Only suggestion:  do a quick reminder to take motion-sickness pills when folks are checking in at the shop.  It was our fault for forgetting, but a quick verbal reminder there would have saved Adam a lot of sickness.  The lack of reminder in no way damages my awesome opinion of you all - just a suggestion for future clients!

Thanks again for a great time!  We will definitely recommend you in the future!

  Thanks for the outstanding dives while we were there on the Big Island. My friend Jim and his daughter, Alyson, and myself went on a two tank day dive and the manta ray dive that same night which was on Nov 21st.  Both were excellent and the attention you and the crew extended us was exceptional. I took lots of pictures, but only wanted to share the three that I thought were the best. The two day pictures were taken just outside the harbor entrance on our second dive of the day on Nov 21st and the night pic was the manta ray dive that same night. You were the master diver on the day dive and the australian fellow (can't remember his name, but he was very funny) was the night dive master.
