3. Have dove within the last 12 months
4. Have wrestled a: Lion, Alligator, Pigmy Walrus , Bear cub or comparative animal

First dive is with our Manta rays of Kona after sunset,
and then go miles out to sea to do the Blackwater dive.
NOTE:
**Also, SCUBA Diving is a physical activity that does require you to be able to swim and be in good physical condition. This is an advanced dive. You will be in the deep dark ocean.
If you are inapplicable of completing the charter, or we determine that in your and our best interest that you do not go or are allowed and prematurely pulled out from the water during the charter; we have the right to refuse services or still make applicable charges for the charter, at our discretion. For safety reasons, you agree that the Divemaster and Captain may cancel your participation in this charter at anytime.
